As a 15-year-old immigrant, I, Taha, left my home country in search of freedom and a better life. My journey began with the pain of leaving behind my beloved mother and sisters, who lived under severe restrictions. They were not allowed to express themselves freely or wear what they wanted. This lack of freedom was not just a family struggle but a reflection of a broader societal oppression that women and girls endured daily.

These experiences ignited a deep passion in me—a passion to use fashion as a tool for change. I decided to create BelloX.swe to fight against the limitations placed on women’s self-expression and to honor the strength and resilience of my mother and sisters. I wanted to make a difference not only for them but for all women who face similar challenges.

"Bello" means "beautiful" in Italian, symbolizing the elegance and beauty I want to bring into women’s lives. The "X" represents the modern, cutting-edge brand I aspire to create, standing for innovation and forward-thinking in fashion and design. "SWE" is a tribute to Sweden, the country that welcomed a young boy in need and offered him a chance to rebuild his life. Sweden has been my sanctuary, providing support and opportunities I could only dream of.

Sweden's generosity and the kindness of its people have been instrumental in my journey. From having no shelter to becoming a brand founder, I owe my success to the support I received. BelloX.swe is my way of giving back, of using my platform to champion the freedoms that many women still fight for every day.

My two sisters, who are talented tailors, inspire me daily with their creativity and dedication.
