Returns & Refunds

At BelloX.swe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Below are the details of our refund policy:

Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags must still be attached.
  • The return is only confirmed after we have received the products and verified that the items are unused and in perfect condition for resale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: If you want to return your item, please send us an email at hello@bellox-swe.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for returns is as follows:
    • Within Sweden: 90 SEK
    • Within EU: 20 EUR
    • Outside EU: 30 EUR

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must make a return and then place a new order. We cannot guarantee that the product you request will be in stock, so the safest way is to place a new order and then return the original item.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost and initial shipping cost. You should receive your refund within 1-7 business days after we have confirmed the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@bellox-swe.com.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in our return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect your package in time and it is returned to us, we will need to charge a fee for the return shipping and handling:

  • Not collected within Sweden: 200 SEK
  • Not collected within the EU: 40 EUR
  • Not collected outside the EU: 60 EUR
